Please read! New requirements for your music below.
Music will be played from CDs ONLY. There should be a separate media source for EACH competitive program. CDs with multiple tracks will NOT be accepted. CDs should be clearly marked with the skater’s name and event and duplicate copies must be readily available during the competitive event. CDs should be in an envelope (not a case). While all possible care will be taken, the LOC assumes no responsibility or liability due to lost, damaged or unclaimed music sources. Music media will NOT be forwarded to final rounds, the skater must reregister for final rounds. Any music not picked up by the end of the competition will be disposed of.

LIBERTY FIGURE SKATING CLUB SEVENTH ANNUAL SUMMER 2008 COMPETITION

The Liberty Figure Skating Club of Philadelphia is proud to announce our Sixth Annual Summer Competition. The competition will be held from July 15 through July 19, 2008 (Tuesday through Saturday) at *Ice Works Skating Complex, 710 Dutton Mill Rd, Aston, PA.

IceWorks is a 4 surface facility located close to I 95 a few minutes south of the Philadelphia International Airport. There is 1 Olympic rink and 3 NHL rinks all with Hockey boards and rounded corners. In past years we have hosted over 800 skaters in skating levels from Pre-Preliminary to Senior. Some of our competitors have gone on to National and International fame.

This is an opportunity for skaters to show off their skills in this “Pre-National” event. The USFSA judges for this event are of National and International ranking. The higher level events will be judged using the new IJS judging system.

Your may download all of the information concerning the event along with an application for the event. Please be sure to read all of the information in the announcement.
